Have you ever been emailed a photograph of yourself, or come across one on a blog that was taken of you at a conference, and then tweeted, Facebooked, or posted that photo on your blog? After all, it is a photograph of you, so you must own the photograph or, at the very least, the right to use it—wrong!
Question: Do I need permission to take photographs of an office building, museum. or other building?
Question: Are images found in Google images in the public domain?
Question: Is it an infringement to distort an image: for example, to create an animated flash website out of a static image, or an image of a button that changes color when one hovers over it from an image of a one- color button?
